4, bearing cleanliness
After cleaning and rust proof bearing, the average of the cleanliness of each set of pollution indicators according to the JB/T7050 standard.
5, finished product bearing rotation flexibility
The bearing demagnetization should be carried out after rotation flexibility and adjustable mind check. Rotating process requires a light, flexible, stable, can maintain a certain duration and without excessive vibration and sudden braking phenomenon. There should be no noise in the rotation process, including dust noise and cage crash. Adjustable mind is good, do not allow the ball out of a cage pocket in.
6, roughness. The surface roughness of bearing rings should be consistent with the requirements of the drawings, drawings not marked should meet the requirements of /T 307.3 GB.
7, bearing assembly quality
7.1 bearing finished parts assembly, the rotation should be flexible and smooth, no block, interference or abnormal movement of the phenomenon.
7.2 keep pressing frame, does not allow significant displacement, strain, crack and deformation of defect, cage in the limit position shall not touch the ring.
7.3 finished bearings should not be lack of steel balls, mixed steel balls, dropped the ball and so on.
8, bearing life, limit speed, friction torque, rigidity, noise and other performance indicators should be in line with our drawings and the corresponding standard requirements.
